Our doctors can help with a wide range of conditions including cold, flu, and allergies; skin conditions; minor injuries; digestive issues; respiratory problems; urinary tract infections; mental health support; prescription refills; follow-up consultations; and preventive health advice.

Yes. Our doctors can issue e-prescriptions that are sent electronically to pharmacies for home delivery or pickup. E-prescriptions are included with every consultation at no extra charge.

Yes, our doctors can issue medical certificates during your teleconsultation. Medical certificates are available for an additional fee. For medical certificate validation and other inquiries, email [email protected].

No. Fit-to-work certificates and government-mandated forms (such as those required for employment or school enrollment) require a physical examination and cannot be issued through teleconsultation. You will need to visit a clinic in person for these.

Our doctors can assess your need for a prescription refill during a teleconsultation, but this is subject to clinical judgment. Refills for controlled substances, medications requiring lab monitoring, or prescriptions originally issued by another physician may require an in-person visit. The doctor will advise you during your consultation.

Our consultation prices are: Consult Now (GP) — ₱499, inclusive of VAT, with an e-prescription and follow-up advice included. Consult Later lets you schedule an appointment in advance — ₱499 for a GP and ₱849 for a Specialist.

Yes, all listed prices are inclusive of VAT. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no hidden fees.

We accept payments through two providers: Bux (which supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, bank transfer, over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven and Cebuana, and QRPH) and PayPal (which supports PayPal accounts and credit/debit cards).

Yes, we work with select HMO partners including Medicard, iCare, and AXA. If you have coverage through one of these providers, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange your consultation.

If you are unsatisfied with your consultation or experience a technical issue that prevents the consultation from taking place, you may request a refund within 48 to 72 hours by emailing [email protected] with your booking details. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Visit our Book Consultation page, answer a few questions about your health concern, choose your preferred timing (now or later), provide your details, and select a payment method. You'll be connected with a doctor shortly after payment.

"Consult Now" connects you with an available general practitioner right away for ₱499. "Consult Later" lets you schedule an appointment at a time that suits you — ₱499 for a GP or ₱849 for a Specialist.

During the booking process, you'll be asked about your symptoms and health concern, how long you've been experiencing them, any medications you're currently taking, and your allergies and medical history. You'll also need to provide your name, email, and phone number for registration.

For "Consult Now" bookings, you can expect to speak with a doctor within approximately 15 minutes. With "Consult Later", you schedule an appointment and are connected at your chosen time.

After your consultation, your doctor will provide you with their medical advice, an e-prescription (if needed), and a follow-up plan. E-prescriptions are sent electronically to pharmacies. If a medical certificate is needed, the doctor can issue one for an additional fee.

Our medical team consists of Filipino physicians based in the Philippines who are licensed and registered to practice medicine. They bring years of clinical experience and incorporate European telemedicine standards in their practice.

For "Consult Now" bookings, you will be connected with the next available general practitioner. For "Consult Later", we match you with an appropriate doctor based on your health concern and the specialist required.

During registration, we collect your first name, last name, gender, mobile number, email address, age, birthday, company name (if applicable), city location, height, and weight. This information is necessary to provide you with accurate medical care.

Yes. We offer annual corporate telemedicine plans that provide unlimited consultation access for your employees and their families. These plans are designed for businesses of all sizes looking to provide affordable healthcare benefits.

We offer three tiers: (1) Telemed Plan for GPs Only — ₱2,000/employee or ₱5,500/employee + family per year, covering 24/7 GP access, e-prescriptions, and medical certificates. (2) Telemed Plan for GPs and Specialists — ₱2,500/employee or ₱7,000/employee + family per year, adding specialist access (most popular). (3) VIP Executive Level — ₱4,500/employee or ₱12,000/employee + family per year, with direct doctor access, preventive health support, and free medical certificates.
